·Method: 5% salt, 350C, 48 hours
·Purpose: 1. To test the anti-corrosion performance of the metal components
2. To test the sealing of the plastic housing and the electronic components enclosed inside against salty moisture

| Termperature & Moisture Test |
|
Method: Tests are conducted according to the standard. The products including packaging go through high temperature at +600C to low temperature -400C, from dry condition at 20% of moisture to wet condition at 80% of moisture.
Purpose: 1. To test the products for any possible structural deficiency under extreme hot and cold conditions.
2. To test the products for possible severe deformation under extreme hot and cold conditions.

| Drop Test |
|
·Method: CODYSON’s drop test uses the conditions 20% higher than the standard.
·Purpose: To ensure that the products are well protected against possible dropping during shipping and handling.

·Method: 1. The product works after being powered on and off for 5,000 cycles.
2. The push button’s surface film has no damage after 10,000 cycles.
·Purpose: 1.To test the quality of the push button as well as the electrical circuitry.
