| Tooling analysis |
·CODYSON has senior tooling experience, to assure the mould’s life and quality, we purchase and check all materials of the mould(including mould frame, embeded material, copper electrode , etc…) before send to the tooling factories
·CODYSON would check each tooling drawing, specially pay attention to the processes, such as plastic injection, smooth depaning, layout of the cooling water, angle of removing the mould.
·It takes 67 days from tooling design to injection confirmed. |
