Electronic Components: CODYSON has sufficient inspection instruments and fixtures to inspect the electronic components.
Other Components: IQC samples are inventoried according to the specifications for easy comparisons and to reduce the errors when inspecting the packaging and plastic parts.

·Each production line has 8 QC locations to ensure timely discovery of defective product.
·The careful selected QC positions along the production line is resulted from years of experience in manufacturing small size ultrasonic cleaners. It also illustrates the creativity of CODYSON. |

·PCBs in SMT pass automatic optical inspection
·Every PCB board is inspected for graphic accuracy, frequency, power, current and other specifications. |

| Outgoing Quality Control |
·Main tasks include:
a) FQC (Finished Product Quality Control);
b) OQC (Outgoing Product Quality Control)
·Responsibilities:
a) To ensure that quality controls through out the whole company follow the procedures strictly
b) To store all sample products from the customers
c) To coordinate with a third party to inspect the products according to international AQL standard.
