There are two main assembly lines at Codyson, capable of producing 5800 units of ultrasonic cleaner a day. In each assembly line, one unit of ultrasonic cleaner can be produced every 15 seconds.

In each position on the assembly line, each required process is clearly stated on the "Work Sheet" placed at the position for accuracy. Hourly production volume are clearly recorded to ensure production time accuracy, while hourly completed product QC are carried out at the lab on site to make sure the quality of product are fullfilled in each hour.

Two High Pot Tests are located at different positions on the assembly line, in addition to the two 3-cycles product operation tests, and other QC positions such as cosmetics, operating current, ultrasonic wave shape check points. Codyson commited serious efforts on the production line to ensure product quality and consistency.
